我国公共图书馆视障者阅读服务研究 被引量:24

A Study on the Reading Service of Visually Impaired People in China's Public Libraries

摘要 [目的 /意义]《马拉喀什条约》的通过和生效,为国际视障者的阅读环境带来巨大改变,然而我国公共图书馆的视障者阅读服务举步维艰,尤其是视障者的数字阅读服务发展缓慢。基于此,旨在为改善我国公共图书馆的视障者阅读服务提供策略和对策。[方法 /过程]运用网络调查法、电话咨询法、实地访谈法,调查我国公共图书馆视障者阅读服务现状、存在问题。[结果 /结论]在调研结果的基础上结合《马拉喀什条约》的主旨内容及相关举措,从图书馆内部构建、馆际无障碍资源共建共享、图书馆与社会合作3个方面提出构建我国公共图书馆视障者阅读服务体系。 [ Purpose/significance ] The adoption and entry into force of the Marrakech Treaty has brought great changes to the reading environment of the international visually impaired. The reading service of China' s public libraries, however, has difficulties. In particular, the digital reading service of the visually impaired is developing slowly. Based on this, this paper aims to provide strategies and countermeasures to improve the reading service of China' s public libraries. [ Method/process ] The methods used in this article included the online survey, telephone counseling and field interview. This paper analyzed the present situation and existing problems of the visually impaired service in public libraries across China. [ Result/conclusion] Based on the research resuhs and the relevant content of the Marrakech Treaty, the paper puts forward the reading service system of public libraries across China. The system is divided into three aspects: the building of the library, the sharing of accessible resources among public libraries, the library and social cooperation.
