移动环境下开放式创新社区知识协同的影响因素识别与分析——基于知识生态视角

Key Factors Identification of Open Innovation Community Knowledge Collaboration in Mobile Environment——Based on the Knowledge Ecological Perspective

[目的 /意义]识别与分析移动环境下开放式创新社区知识协同的影响因素,对科学评价开放式创新社区知识创新绩效和促进开放式创新社区持续发展具有重要意义。[方法 /过程]分析移动环境下开放式创新社区知识协同过程,基于知识生态视角构建了影响因素体系,并运用DEMATEL方法对因素间影响关系的强弱进行了评价。[结果 /结论]基于因素间综合影响矩阵,识别出移动环境下开放式创新社区知识协同影响因素包括知识的数量与质量、开放创新经验、知识贡献动机、期望满足程度、信任与激励机制、创新文化氛围。提出移动环境下开放式创新社区知识协同水平的提升策略。

[Purpose/significance]Identifying and analyzing the key influencing factors of open innovation community knowledge collaboration in mobile environment is of great significance for scientific evaluation of open innovation community performance and promoting open innovation community sustainable development. [ Method/process] We analyze the knowledge collaborative process of open innovation community in mobile environment, and build the influencing factors system based on knowledge ecological perspective, then we evaluate the affect strength among factors using DEMATEL method. [ Result/conclusion ] According to the comprehensive matrix, we identify key factors of open innovation community knowledge collaborative in mobile environment including the quantity and quality of the knowledge, knowledge contribution motivation, open innovation experience, the completeness and mature degree of community platform, trust and incentive mechanism and innovation culture. Finally we put forward some strategies to promote the level of knowledge collab- oration in open innovation community.
