长柄双动人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折疗效观察

Long-stem bipolar femur prosthetic replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures

目的探讨长柄双动人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。方法选取2011年9月至2014年9月解放军463医院收治的股骨转子间骨折高龄患者24例。所有患者均采取长柄双动人工股骨头置换术治疗,术后观察髋关节功能恢复效果及并发症情况。结果 1例患者术后4个月因急性心梗死亡,2例患者术后并发肺部感染,经抗炎对症治疗临床治愈,其余患者未出现严重骨折并发症。术后6个月髋关节功能按Harris评分:优8例,良11例,可3例,差1例,优良率达82.6%(19/23)。结论长柄双动股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of long-stem bipolar femur prosthetic replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 24 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture who were treated by the replacement of long-stem bipolar femur prosthetic. Curative effects and the postoperative complications were observed. Results One case died of acute myocardial infarction 4 months after operation,2 cases were diagnosed as pulmonary infection,and were cured with the treatment of anti-inflammation. Six months after operation,Harris score of the function of hip joint was excellent in 8 cases,good in 11 cases,fair in 3 cases,and poor in 1 case. The satisfactory rate was 82. 6%. Conclusion Longstem bipolar femur prosthetic replacement is an effective method for treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients.
