摘要
党的十八大以后,治理体系和治理能力现代化不仅成为一种国家意志,而且成为各行业组织管理改革的目标。作为肩负人才培养与知识创新崇高使命的高校,如何通过创新成为治理体系和治理能力现代化的组织,显然成为亟待解决的问题。"高校内部治理体系创新的理论与实践"高层论坛的参会代表们,围绕厘清治理改革中的主次矛盾、重构管理与评估体系、平衡权力配置与优化组织结构、加强文化建设与重视教师参与、借鉴古今中外经验与创新高校内部治理体系的关系进行了广泛交流和深入探讨,提出了一系列富有创建的观点和建议。
Promoting the Modernization of Governance System and Ability has been not only national will, but also the goal of organizational management reform in various industries since the 18th National Congress of the CPC. Turning higher education institutions, which have a mission of talent cultivation and knowledge innovation, into organizations of modern management capabilities is clearly an urgent problem to be solved. At the Symposium on Theory and Practice of Innovations of Internal Governance System in HEIs, participant experts and scholars discussed in-depth and established a wide-range exchange on the following perspectives with the relationship of Innovations of Internal Governance System in Colleges and Universities: clarifying the primary and secondary contradictions in governance reform, reconstruction of management and assessment system, balancing power structure and optimizing organizational structure, promoting cultural construction and paying attention to teachers" participation, and learning from ancient and modern experience. The insightful viewpoints and proposals put forward by experts and scholars are of great theoretical value and practical significance.
