玄武岩纤维布/不饱和聚酯增强竹木复合板材胶合性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 以时间、压力、材料表面处理方式为因素设计正交试验,利用不饱和聚酯树脂作为胶黏剂制备玄武岩纤维布增强竹木复合板材,并对其胶合性能进行了检测。极差分析及验证试验结果表明:在处理时间为90min、压力为1.6MPa、木材及竹黄采用羟甲基间苯二酚(HMR)处理,竹青采用硅烷偶联剂KH550处理的条件下,玄武岩纤维布增强竹木复合板材的胶合性能最好,可以达到相关国家标准的要求。 Basalt fiber cloth reinforced bamboo and wood composite boards were manufactured used unsaturated polyester as adhesive and the bonding performance was tested through orthogonal experiment with time, pressure and surface treatment as factors. Results of range analysis indicated that basalt fiber clolh reinforced bamboo and wood composite board obtained the best bonding performance with time of 90 rain, pressure of 1.6 MPa and surface treatment of bamboo inner and wood treated with HMR and bamboo skin treated with KH550. The bonding performance achieved requirement of related national standards.
