轻型木结构用定向秸秆板集中静载和冲击荷载性能试验研究

摘要 基于中国国情的轻型木结构屋面板的应用研究对于轻型木结构建筑在中国的发展有着重大的推动作用。以适于中国国情的定向秸秆板作为轻型木结构建筑的屋面板,通过试验研究其作为屋面板的集中静载和冲击荷载性能。研究结果表明:定向秸秆屋面板干湿状态下,集中静载的平均挠度分别为5.56mm和6.23mm,极限荷载分别为2821N和2778N,在冲击荷载达到规定的102N·m(即冲击高度达到760mm)的情况下其平均挠度分别为5.46mm和6.09mm,极限荷载分别为3257N和3094N。与国内外常用的轻型木结构屋面板相比,定向秸秆板作为屋面板其集中静载和冲击荷载性能均优于相关标准要求。 The study of light wood structure roof panel based on China's national condition can greatly promote the development of light wood structure building in China. Authors of this paper take tile OSSB (Oriented Structural Straw Board) as roof panel of light wood structure building to study its concentrated static load performance and impact load performance. The results showed that the average deflection of concentrated static load test was 5.56 mm and 6.23 ram, the ultimate load of it was 2 821 N and 2 778 N, and the average deflection of impact load test was 5.46 mm and 6.09 mm, the uhimate load of it was 3 257 N and 3 094 N. Compared with frequently-used panel of light wood structure building at home and abroad, the concentrated static load and impact load performance of OSSB used for roof panel is better than relevant standards.
