摘要
乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率较高,早期诊断对患者的治疗、预后及提高生存质量均有重要意义。超声造影能实时、连续地观察器官及肿瘤微循环血流灌注的全过程,同时还能进行血流动力学的研究,从而提高乳腺肿瘤诊断与鉴别诊断的价值。本文就超声造影在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值进行综述。
Breast cancer is a common malignancy in women,and its morbidity has been high.Early diagnosis has important significance for the treatment,prognosis and life quality of patients.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound（CEUS）can be used in real time,continuous observation of the whole process of organ and tumor microcirculation perfusion,and can carry on hemodynamics research,which improves the value of ultrasound in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast tumors.This review focuses on the application value of CEUS in diagnosis of breast tumor.
