摘要
翻转机构的旋转臂绕转轴以一定角度上下转动完成工作循环。研究翻转机构的液压驱动系统,在液压系统设计中采用蓄能器回路回收再利用翻转机下降过程中的重力势能以达到节能的目的。基于AMESim对液压驱动翻转机构的液压系统进行仿真分析。通过对系统的能耗分析,得出采用蓄能器的液压系统可有效地提高系统的效率,实现节能。
The rotating arm of the turning mechanism reciprocates within an angle to complete the working cycle. The hydraulic drive system of the turning mechanism was studied. Accumulator was adopted in the hydraulic system,to save the gravity energy when falling and reuse it when lifting,which could save energy. Simulation analysis to the hydraulic system was done with AMESim. By analyzing the energy consumption of the system,the hydraulic system with accumulator can effectively improve the efficiency of the system,realizing energy saving.
