专用滚铆机主轴液压系统设计与运动仿真分析 被引量:7

摘要 以某型号冲焊型液力变矩器叶片的滚铆机主轴液压系统为研究对象,利用MATLAB/Simulink建立液压系统模型,并进行稳定性仿真分析。分析结果表明:液压系统不稳定,并对其进行校正分析。再次进行仿真,校正后滚铆机主轴液压系统是稳定的。研究结果验证了利用Simulink分析液压系统的高效性,为后续滚铆机的研究与开发提供相应的理论依据。 The spindle hydraulic system of the rolling riveting machine was used as the research object,the hydraulic system model was established by MATLAB/Simulink,and the stability analysis was carried out. The analysis results showed the hydraulic system was unstable and its correction analysis was carried out. Once again the simulation,the corrected rolling riveting machine spindle hydraulic system was stable. The results show that: the efficiency of the hydraulic system is high by Simulink,which provides theoretical basis for the research and development of the following rolling riveting machine.
