摘要
传统液压泵工作特性测试方法需大量的多工况测试数据,测试过程繁琐,且由于测试数据的离散性,难以获得准确的工作特性曲线。提出基于多元非线性回归模型的液压泵工作特性测试方法。该方法通过少量测试数据建立液压泵数学模型,预测其工作特性,并获得各工况下的特性曲线。对数学模型进行了分析,结果表明:应用该模型可将测试误差控制在0.1%以内。与传统测试方法相比,该方法可简化测试过程,提高测试效率和测试精度。
The traditional hydraulic pump operating characteristic test method needs a large number of multi working condition test data,the test process is tedious,and because of the dispersion of the test data,it is difficult to obtain accurate working characteristic curve. A method based on multivariate nonlinear regression model was put forward to test the working characteristics of hydraulic pump. Through a small number of test data,the mathematical model of the hydraulic pump was established,and its working characteristics were predicted,and the characteristic curves of each working condition were obtained. The mathematical model was analyzed. The results show that using the model,the test error can be controlled within 0. 1%. Compared with traditional test methods,this method can simplify the testing process and improve the test efficiency and precision.
