摘要
提出一种基于机器人视觉的轴承缺珠检测方法。利用智能相机抓拍轴承图像;利用Otsu法得到轴承图像二值化处理的最佳阈值,利用该方法对轴承图像进行二值化处理,从二值化处理的图像中提取轴承珠的特征;并通过PLC与智能相机通信,将缺珠的轴承分拣出去。实验证明:该视觉检测系统不仅工作效率高,而且检测的结果具有较高的可靠性。
A inspection method of lost beads bearing based on robot vision was proposed. First,bearing image was captured by smart camera. Then,the optimal threshold of bearing image binarization was gained by using Otsu algorithm. The binarization processing result of the bearing image was used to extract the characteristics of the bearing beads. Last,the communication of PLC and smart camera was established,the lost beads bearing was sorted out by PLC. Experimental results show that the robot vision inspection system has high work efficiency and high reliability.
