摘要
使用鱼刺分析法对某单位Schneeberger五坐标数控刀具磨床液压系统的故障类别和原因进行系统分析、梳理,建立设备液压系统故障查询表,用于指导维修人员在处理设备液压系统日常故障时,合理、有序地制定排故方案,快速、高效地排除设备故障,为此类设备液压故障排除提供参考。
The fishbone analysis was used to make analysis and combing for hydraulic system fault types and causes of Schneeberger GEMINI five axis CNC tool grinder. The hydraulic system fault lookup table was established,to instruct maintenance staff in handling equipment hydraulic system fault,to develop troubleshooting program reasonable and orderly,to eliminate equipment failure fast and efficiently. It provides reference for the future treatment of hydraulic failure fault of such equipments.
