Analysis of Internal Leakage for a Plane Brake System

阐述某型飞机刹车系统组成和原理,介绍该飞机在一次滑行过程中出现的故障现象,对该故障进行原理分析,通过机上试验将故障原因定位为刹车系统内部串油,并分析该故障发生时刹车系统内部串油是由转换活门引起的,即在松刹时转换活门内部活塞两端压差导致活塞密封失效引起内部串油,针对此原因给出两条改进建议。

The composition and principle of a plane＇s brake system were described. The failure of the plane was introduced and analyzed. The reason of the failure was internal leakage of the system. The pressures at the two sides of the piston were different,it resulted in the internal leakage. There were two proposals to solve this problem.
