摘要
上海某软土地基深基坑工程周边环境复杂,环境保护及止水要求极高。为保证质量及工效,将原有的三轴搅拌桩全部替换为CSM工法(双轮铣深层搅拌技术)止水帷幕。基于此,介绍了CSM工法的工艺流程和特点,并阐述了CSM工法试成墙的具体试验方案。根据CSM工法试成墙的检测及监测结果,证明其安全可靠、抗渗效果良好,取得了理想的应用效果。
Due to complicated surround environment of one soft ground deep foundation pit in Shanghai, the requirements of environmental protection and water stop performance are extremely high. In order to ensure the quality and efficiency, the original tri-axial mixing pile is replaced by the CSM construction method(doublewheel cutter milling and deep mixing technology) water-stop curtain. Based on this, the technological process and characteristics of CSM construction method have been introduced, and the specific test scheme of CSM wall forming experiment has been expounded in this paper. According to the test and monitoring results of CSM wall forming experiment, such construction method has been proved to be safe and reliable, and has obtained good antiseepage and ideal application effects.
