摘要
介绍了2.5D织物的发展及其应用现状。研究通过采用相同织物结构,在控制经、纬向密度及总密度一致的情况下,改变织制织物的碳纤维束的线密度,分别用3K、6K和12K碳纤维织制了3个相同结构的2.5D碳纤维预制件。介绍了织物参数的确定,分析并解决了织造过程中出现的问题。
The development and application of 2.5D woven composites were introduced. Under the condition of using the same fabric structure and controlling the density of warp and weft, and keeping the accordance of the total density, three preforms of 2.5D carbon fiber with the same structure were weaved respectively with 3K, 6K and 12K carbon fibers by changing the fineness of the fiber bundle. The parameters of the fabrics were determined. And the problems in the weaving process were analyzed and solved.
