摘要 针对现有电机制造行业生产工艺及装备落后、自动化水平低、成本高、人员用量大、产品质量不稳定等现象,提出一种以固高CPAC运动控制器为核心的动力电机自动化装配控制系统,介绍了系统总体设计方案,分析了装配工艺特点,确立了机械装置运动功能要求,开发了人机控制界面,并进行软硬件总线通讯协议的编制及调试,最终搭建出整个控制系统。实验结果表明:该控制系统能够实现电机的可靠高效连续自动化生产,大幅度减少操作人员、降低劳动强度、提高产品质量稳定性,解决了企业在发展中面临的重大技术问题。 In view of the existing phenomenon of motor manufacturing industry:production technology and equipment backward,low level of automation,high cost,large dosage of personnel,product quality unstable,a kind of high solid CPAC motion controller as the core of motor assembly automation control system was proposed. The system overall design was introduced,the characteristics of assembly process was analyzed,the mechanism movement function requirements was established,the man-machine interface was developed, the bus communication protocol of software and hardware was debugged,and the whole control system was developed finally.Experimental results show that the motor control system can realize reliable efficient continuous automatic production and greatly reduce operating personnel,reduce the labor intensity, improve product quality stability, and solve the major technical problems for the development of enterprises.
