摘要
采用FLUENT软件对防爆柴油机平板式排气阻火器进行数值模拟,分析阻火器的扩张腔直径、平板间隙对淬熄距离和压力损失的影响。利用回归分析法对模拟结果进行分析,得到了优化目标的回归模型,采用线性加权法合并两个回归模型,得到多目标函数,在一定约束条件下,对多目标函数进行最优求解。最终得到阻火器扩张腔直径为入口直径的(2.5~3)倍最为合理;设计平板式阻火器式可取较小的平板间隙满足淬熄火星,增大扩张腔直径来改善压力损失。
In this paper, the software of fluent to simulate plate type explosion-proof diesel engine exhaust flame arrester, effects of flame arrester expansion chamber diometer, fiat clearance on the quenching distance and pressure loss is analyzed. Using the regression analysis method of simulation results were analyzed, and got objective optimization of regression model, using the linear weighted method with two regression models, multi-objective function, under certain conditions, the multiobjective function for solving the optimal. Finally get the flame arrester expansion cavity diameter of inlet diameter of 2.5 to 3 times the most reasonable; Design of flat plate type flame arrester type desirable smaller flat-panel gap meet the quenching Mars, increasing expansion cavity diameter to improve the pressure loss.
