研究过程知识的管理和被快速检索、重用具有实际意义。根据企业知识管理现状,提出"五步法"产品领域本体建模流程和过程知识可重用结构框架,介绍了基于可重用结构框架的知识管理系统的实现原理。采用PowerBuilder TreeView控件和MS SQLServer RDBMS,以挖掘机为例,设计、实践和描述了产品过程知识管理和被快速检索、重用的实现方法,阐述了关键技术实现环节。最终开发了摊铺机过程知识管理与可重用系统。与传统PDM相比,在过程知识管理和导航检索方法方面具有清晰的结构和适应性,能够较好的支持过程知识重用。

It＇s Meaningful to research process knowledge management, quick retrieved and reused. According to the status of knowledge management of enterprises, proposed the ＂five steps＂ product domain ontology modeling process and process knowledge reusable framework, introduced the principle of knowledge management system based on reusable framework .Take Excavator for example, It designs, practices and describes the methods of how to manage process knowledge and how to be quickly retrieved and reused by applying the control of PowerBuilder TreeView and MS SQLServer RDBMS, described the key technology sectors ,developed a Excavator process management and reuse system at last. Compared to traditional PDM, it has clear structure and adaptability in terms of process knowledge management and navigation retrieval, and it can better support process knowledge reuse.
