圆盘扎辊式残膜回收机碎土性能分析及试验 被引量:5

摘要 为解决残膜回收时板结土壤与边膜粘结导致边膜回收率低的问题,根据圆盘开沟器的结构设计了一种圆盘扎辊式残膜回收机,通过分析碎土圆盘的工作原理和受力情况,建立了圆盘碎土时的力学模型。利用ANSYS Workbench软件对圆盘碎土过程进行有限元仿真分析,仿真分析表明:碎土过程中土壤的最大应力发生在土壤与圆盘的接触处;土壤所受的最大挤压应力随着圆盘倾角增大而增大,当圆盘碎土倾角为30°时,土壤所受最大挤压应力为817.56Pa。选取机具行进速度、圆盘半径和圆盘工作倾角为主要因素,对圆盘扎辊式残膜回收机碎土率及拾膜率进行田间正交试验,试验结果表明:圆盘工作倾角对拾膜率和碎土率影响显著;机具行进速度对拾膜率影响较显著;圆盘半径对拾膜率和碎土率影响不显著。 In order to improve the residual film recovery because of the soil compaction and the residual film bonding when recycling, the disc roller type residual film recycling machine was designed on the basis of the structure of disc opener. The mechanical model of the disk broken soil was built through the analysis of the working principle and mechanical model The finite element simulation analysis of disc soil crushing process was done by using ANSYS Workbench, the simulation analysis showed that the soil stress cloud simulation results can be seen the work will have an impact on the angle scope of the soil The maximum extrusion stress of soil the disc inclination angle increased The maximum extrusion stress of soil was 817.56Pa when the disc broken soil angle was 30°.The experiment of the rate of picking up and ground breaking was finished when considering the speed of the machine, the radius of the disc and the working angle of the disc. The experimental results showed that the working angle of the disc had a remarkable effect on the rate of picking up and ground breaking, the speed of the machine had a quite remarkable effect on the rate of picking up, the radius of the disc had a non-significant effect on the rate of picking up and ground breaking.
