摘要
为提高电动车成品库打包线、包车线的作业效率,提出一种三维仿真软件和IE、数学建模相结合的优化方法。首先对成品库的工时进行实时测定并运用Flexsim模型仿真分析,发掘出成品库的瓶颈工序及存在的问题。然后运用IE的方法对打包线进行分析改善,使打包量提高了30台/天、生产效率提高了5.14%;设计了包车线人员调度优化的数学模型并运用Matlab求解,节约了2名装车员、1名备车员,工人效率提高了25%。得出结论:以Flexsim为基础的IE和数学建模相结合的方法,减少了作业人员,提高了生产效率,对提高企业的效益具有重要作用。
In order to improve the electric vehicle product warehouse packing line, car line of work efficiency, IE, 3D simulation software and the mathematical modeling combined optimization method is presented in this paper.Firstly finished products work in real-time measurement and analysis using Flexsim simulation models, to explore the finished products of the bottleneck process and problems.Then use IE method of packaging line analysis to improve package volume increased 30 units /day, the production efficiency increases 5.14%; design a mathematical model car line staff scheduling optimization and the use of Matlab to solve, save the two members of the loading, a train crew, working efficiency increased by 25%.Conelusion: the combination of IE and mathematical modeling based on Flexsim can reduce the operating personnel, improve the production efficiency, play an important role improving the efficiency of enterprises.
