摘要
针对STP在兰州局一些复杂调车作业情况下的应用特点,分析了复杂调车过程的安全防护需求,提出了STP结合规章制度及操作规范完善调车作业安全防护的建议。
According to the characteristics of the application of the STP in some complicated shunting operations in Lanzhou Railway Administration, the requirements of safety protection in complex shunting process are analyzed and a suggestion on how to combing the STP with rules and as well as operation specification to improve the safety protection of shunting operation is put forward.
