摘要
通过对ZD6系列电动转辙机的接点反弹现象进行深入分析,确定道岔锁闭瞬间的转动系统惯性是造成接点反弹的根本原因。经过课题攻关,在电机尾部的旋转轴上加装一个惰性阻尼轮,解决了这一难题。
Through an in-depth analysis of contact rebound phenomenon of the ZD6 series electric switch machine, it is determined the inertia of the rotating system at the moment of switch locking is the root cause of contact rebound. The problem has been solved by installing an inert damping wheel on the rotating shaft of the motor tail.
