Now all-solid-state digital AM MW transmitters have completely replaced the tube transmitter. Combining with the domestic 50 kw （DX-50） all-solid-state digital MW transmitter, this paper introduces the principle of RF power amplifier module which is with high failure rate in detail, and presents an instance of maintenance.
