摘要
当前固态功放的功率放大技术主要采用氮化镓和砷化镓器件,基于氮化镓的固态功放是近年来出现的一种性能优越的高功率放大器,由于其高效率、高热导率、高可靠性,是固态功放的主流发展方向。特别是在高功率应用领域,将显示出卓越性能。氮化镓和砷化镓固态功放在我站均有使用,本文将联系实际,对两者的性能进行分析,研究并总结出各自的工作特性,与大家共同分享,为今后的使用提供良好的借鉴。
Current solid-state power amplifier is mainly used GaN and GaAs devices. GaN based solid-state power amplifier is a kind of high power amplifier with superior performance in recent years. Because of its high efficiency, high thermal conductivity and high reliability, it becomes the main direction of solid-state power amplifier. Especially in the field of high power applications, will show excellent performance. The GaN and GaAs solid-state power amplifier are both used in our station. Connected with the practice, this paper analyzes those two kinds of power amplifiers' performances and their characteristics. This provides a good reference for future.
