摘要
随着消费者健康生活方式意识的与日俱增,对大部分纺织品进行抗菌整理势在必行。纺织纤维固有的特性为细菌的滋长提供了空间,基布的结构和化学加工过程也会导致细菌的滋长,温暖与潮湿的环境加剧了此问题。细菌感染会引起病原体交叉感染,并使贴身衣物散发出异味。细菌侵害还会导致纺织基布的沾污和变质。鉴于此,为保护穿着者和纺织基布本身,需对纺织材料进行抗菌整理。
Consumers are now increasingly aware of the hygienic lifestyle and there is a necessity and expectation for a wide range of textile products finished with antimicrobial properties. The inherent properties of the textile fibers provide room for the growth of microorganisms. Besides, the structure of the substrates and the chemical processes may induce the growth of microbes. Humid and warm environments still aggravate the problem. Infestation by microbes cause cross-infection by pathogens and development of odor where the fabric is worn next to the skin. In addition, the staining and loss of the performance properties of textile substrates are the results of microbial attack. Basically, with a view to protect the wearer and the textile substrate itself, antimicrobial finish is applied to textile materials.
