摘要
针对预应力混凝土梁管道摩阻损失测试的必要性和重要性,介绍了预应力管道摩阻损失的测试原理和方法。应用最小二乘法原理,由规范中的公式推导预应力管道摩阻系数μ和偏差系数k的算式,结合某大跨预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥预应力管道摩阻的现场测试,计算出实际预应力管道摩阻系数,并与设计值和规范值比较,分析了测试方法的合理性和试验结果的可靠性。
In view of the importance and necessity to test the pipeline friction loss of the pre-stressed concrete beam, the article introduces the principle and method to test the friction loss of pre-stressed pipeline. The least square method principle is applied, and the formula in the specification is used to derive the equation of friction resistance coefficient μ and the deviation coefficients k of pre-stressed pipeline.According to the field test of pre-stressed pipeline friction resistance of a long-span pre-stressed concrete continuous box beam bridge, the article calculates the actual friction resistance coefficient of pre-stressed pipeline, and analyzes the rationality of test method and the reliability of test result by the comparison of the design value and standard value.
