浅谈高烈度地震山区高速铁路桥梁竖向防落梁施工技术 被引量:2

Elementary Discussion on Construction Technology of Vertical Falling Beam for High-speed Railway Bridge in High Intensity Earthquake Mountain Area

摘要 现以沪昆铁路客运专线(云南段)高烈度地震山区桥梁防落梁施工为对象,结合9度地震区增加竖向防落梁措施施工的特征,提出竖向防落梁装置的梁体预埋组件定位、墩台顶预埋组件定位,以及球绞式竖向限位杆定位安装等技术措施,有效地解决了竖向防落梁组件定位安装困难、安装空间小、安装风险大等问题,进一步优化了高烈度震区域高速铁路桥梁竖向防落梁施工工法,实现了桥梁防落梁施工质量难控制的目标。 Taking the construction of falling beam for the bridge in high intensity earthquake mountain area in Shanghai-Kunming Railway Line(Yunnan Section) for passenger traffic as an example, and according to the construction characteristicsof vertical falling beam measures added in theintensity 9 of earthquake area, the article puts forward the technological measures of beam embedded component location, pier top embedded component location and ball vertical spacing rod positioning installation of vertical falling beam device effectively to solve the problems of difficult vertical falling beam component positioning installation, small installation space and large installation risk, further to optimize the construction process of vertical falling beam for high-speed railway bridge in high intensity earthquake area,and to solve the difficult control of construction quality of bridge falling beam.
