西部地区LNG长距离管道液态输送可行性分析

为了提高管道输送效率,结合国内外LNG管道建设现状,对西部地区LNG长距离管道液态输送进行可行性分析。通过模拟计算LNG长距离管道的工艺方案,对比同等输量下LNG长距离管道液态输送和天然气气态管道输送费用,梳理建设和运行中存在的问题,得出西部地区建设LNG长距离液态输送管道技术可行,但是在建设、投产和运营上困难大,安全风险大,经济不可行。

In order tO improving the efficiency of pipeline conveying, combined with at home and abroad LNG pipeline construction status, the feasibility analysis of LNG long--distance pipcline transprt in the western region is carried on. Through simulation and calculation of LNG long-distarnce pipeline process, comparing the transportation cost of LNG long--distance pipeline transportatiou and natural gas pipeline, discussing existing problems in construction and operation, the conclusion that the technology of LNG long--distance liquid pipeline in the western region is feasible is obtained, but thcre arc so much difficulties and risks in construction and operation, economically infeasible.
