摘要
本文紧密结合功图计产技术在安塞油田的现场实际应用情况,主要从功图计量原理、功图计量影响因素、现场应用效果评价、下步改进方向四个方面进行了阐述,分析总结出功图计产技术主要受设备精度、软件分析准确性以及网络传输稳定性等因素影响,通过现场评价安塞油田XN区功图计产符合率可达80.1%,全区功图计产液量与井口单量液量误差小于10%,可及时准确监控全区生产动态,指导现场生产。
This paper elaborates the field practical application of indicator diagram metering production technology in Ansai Oilfield mainly from indicator diagram metering principle, influencing factors for indicator diagram metering, evaluation of field application, and the direction for following improvements. Analysis result indicates that indicator diagram metering production technology is mainly influenced by fac- tors such as equipments' accuracy, correctness of sofware analysis, and stability of network transmission. Through field evaluation, coincidence rate of the technology is up to 80% in XN area. Error between overall fluid production metered by indicator diagram and wellhead measured production is less than 10%, thus realizing the timely and accurately control of the overall production performance as well as guiding the field production.
