摘要
ADMa-4H井是艾哈代布油田背斜构造AD1区块的一口大位移水平井,设计井深4693.43m,实际完钻井深4697m,四开水平段长1301m,水平位移1892.4m,使用混油聚磺钻井液体系进行钻进。现场技术服务人员在室内通过科研攻关实验优化和完善了水平段钻井液配方,维持泥浆较低密度,为这区块水平段降低泥浆密度提供了依据。在现场通过精细施工,优化钻井液维护处理措施,克服大位移小井眼水平段扭矩和摩阻大幅度升高导致水平段后期定向困难、钻屑携带困难、井壁易失稳等各种困难,保证了整个小井眼水平段施工过程中钻井液性能稳定、摩阻低、润滑性强、悬浮能力高、流动阻力低,从而保证四开大位移小井眼水平段定向过程小钻具未发生自锁现象,定向施工顺利,传输测井等完井作业施工均顺利。
