潜山漏失井青东古1井尾管固井对策与实施效果

摘要 针对胜利海上油田青东区块青东古1井三开在钻遇古生界时发生漏失现象和尾管坐挂后环空间隙小、封固段长、循环压耗高的特点,文章主要作了如下几方面的工作:分析了该井固井技术难点,研究并应用了新型的S102前置液和优选配套的复合纤维增韧水泥浆体系,应用了配套的完井管串结构。现场固井结果表明,固井时选用的S102前置液不仅具有良好的流变稳定性,而且低黏、低切,可在较低的排量下实现紊流顶替,从而提高了环形空间顶替效率及防止环空携岩憋堵,改善了水泥环胶结质量。复合纤维增韧水泥浆过渡时间短,稠化时间可调,水泥石致密,抗压强度高,流动度高,具有良好的防漏性能。电测结果显示,该井固井质量优质,满足了后续勘探开发的需要[1],该井所采取的一系列固井工艺措施在青东凹陷北部地区具有较好的推广应用价值。 According to the character that third opening of Qingdong Gu 1 well in Qingdong block with Leakage phenomenon occurred in Palaeozoic group and the small annular clearance,long cementing segment and high circulating pressure after hanging of the liner. The paper mainly does the work as follows,analyzes the cementing technical difficulties of the well,research and application of the new type of S102 ahead fluid and optimizes the toughening composite fiber cement slurry system,apply the matching completion pipe string structure. The cementing results show that S102 ahead fluid has good rheological stability,and low viscosity,low shear force,and which can be achieved Turbulence displacement under low displacement volume. So the displacement efficiency of the annular space can be improved,so as to a good circulation of the annular and the cementing quality.Toughening composite fiber cement slurry has a short transition time. Also,the thickening time can be adjusted. The Structure of the cement stone is compact,the cement stone has high compressive strength,good fluidity,so no leakage will occur.The Logging results show that Qingdong Gu 1 well has a good bonding result,the cementing quality can meet the needs of the further exploration and development. The measures taken in this has a good application value.
