摘要
据统计吉林油田生产区有6000多口井需要侧钻修井治理,以实现老区剩余油的有效动用,三低油田以往的Ф139.7mm套管固井方式,使侧钻井施工受到严重制约,同时大规模压裂、长水平段水平井、长期高压注采、长泥岩裸眼段等诸多不利因素影响,对吉林油田侧钻水平井钻井液技术均是十分严峻的考验。在低成本高效率动用剩余油的思想指导下,开发了低固相KCl-聚合物侧钻井钻井液技术,该钻井液体系在流变性、防塌性、抑制性、润滑性等方面均表现出色,能够满足小井眼水平井复杂现场施工要求。目前在新民和新立等地区应用了8口井,实施成功率100%,取得了良好的效果。
According to statistics,more than 6000 Wells in jilin oilfield needs to sidetrack,in order to realize the effective use of residual oil in old block,but in the past three low oil field using Ф139.7mm casing cementing,severely restricted the sidetracking operation,at the same time large-scale fracturing,the long horizontal section of horizontal well,long-term high-pressure injection-production,long mudstone open hole section,and many other adverse factors,is a very serious test for the sidetracking horizontal well drilling fluid technology of jilin oilfield.Under the guidance of the low cost and high efficiency use of remaining oil,we studied the low solid KCl-polymer drilling fluid technology,the drilling fluid system performed well at the field of rheology,collapse prevention,inhibition,lubricity and so on,can satisfy the slim-hole horizontal well complex requirements.At present applied 8 Wells in Xinmin and Xinli areas,implementation success rate of 100%,achieved good effect.
