This paper analyzes dangerous and harmful factors in the process of semiconductor material GaAs, and analyzes a set of GaAs dust test data in an enterprise workshop thus pointing out its consequences. The paper also proposes control measures and standard requirements to the hazardous and harmful factors. It can provide reference of occupational health and safety management for enterprises.
