摘要 采用紫外-可见光分光光度法,以及Cr(Ⅲ)络合物中被氧化的Cr(Ⅵ)为量化指标,探讨微波辐照含羧基配体(甲酸、醋酸和皮胶原)与硝酸铬(硫酸铬)反应后的三价铬络合物稳定性的影响。结果表明,微波辐照可以促进Cr(Ⅲ)络合物形成的化学反应速率和络合的程度,同时即使在加速老化的条件下,微波辐照后形成的三价铬络合物中Cr(Ⅵ)转化的可能性也减小。综上所述,微波辐照对铬络合物的稳定性以及铬鞣过程具有正面效果,为微波辐照在铬鞣化学上的应用提供了新思路。 The stability of Cr (Ⅲ) complexes, reacted byCarboxylate complex (formic acid, oxalic acid and hide collagen) and chromic nitrate (chromic sulfate), were studied with UV-vis spectrophotometry and Cr (Ⅵ) oxidized from Cr(Ⅲ) complex.The results indicate that the rate of reaction and degree of complexing of Cr (Ⅲ) complexes formed were both accelerated by microwave irradiation. Even after accelerated aging, Cr (Ⅵ) oxidizedfrom the Cr (Ⅲ) complexes under microwave oven was less than it in water bath heating. To summarize, there are some positive effects of microwave irradiationon the stability of Cr (Ⅲ) complexes and chrome-tanning process. So a new viewpoint is presented that microwave could be applied and promote the stability of chrome in chrome tanning chemistry.
