摘要 目的:探索正念团体训练对大学生拖延行为的影响。方法:选择被试30名,随机分成实验组和对照组,采用随机对照试验设计。对实验组实施为期8周的正念团体训练,每周1次,每次90分钟,对照组不进行任何干预。在正念团体训练前后分别用五因素正念量表(FFMQ)和主动拖延量表(APS)、非理性拖延量表(IPS)进行测评。结果:前测中,实验组和对照组的各指标均不存在显著差异(P>0.05);训练后,实验组五因素正念量表得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。在非理性拖延量表和主动拖延量表得分上,实验组低于对照组(P<0.05);大学生正念水平与拖延呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:正念团体训练能够提高大学生的正念水平且降低大学生的拖延行为。 Objective To study the influence of mindfulness group training on college students' procrastination. Methods 30 cases of college students were randomly sampled and divided into experimental group and control group. Students in experimental group were intervened with mindfulness group training once a week. These cases were measured with scales of five factors of mind- fulness scale (FFMQ), active procrastination scale (APS) and irrational procrastination scale (IPS) before and after training. Results There had no significant different scores of pre - test between experimental group and control group. In post - test, the score of FFMQ in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group. But the scores of APS and IPS in experi- mental group was significantly lower than that of control group. The level of college students' mindfulness was significantly nega- tive correlated with procrastination. Conclusion Mindfulness group training can significantly improve colleges students' nlindful- ness and reduce their procrastination.
