护生对老年人内隐态度的测量分析

Test on Nursing Students' Implicit Attitudes towards the Aged

目的:测量分析护生认知系统中对老年人的内隐态度,旨在为进一步全面了解护生对老年人态度奠定基础。方法:采用研究范式—内隐联想测验(Implicit Association Test,IAT),对270名护生的内隐态度进行测量。结果:护生对老年人内隐态度IAT效应的平均数为-11.91,标准差为163.37,相容与不相容反应时作配对T检验差异显著t=-2.003,P<0.05;护生的一般资料与总体护生对老年人的内隐态度分别作独立样本T检验,P>0.05,差异不显著。结论:护生对老年人的内隐态度是积极的;护生的一般资料对老年人的内隐态度没有影响,但要真正全面的了解护生的态度则需要同时兼顾外显态度的测量。

Objective The author explores the nursing students＇ implicit attitudes towards the aged and thus provides a foun- dation for comprehensive understanding of the attitudes of Nursing Students to the aged. Methods The Implicit Attitude Test （IAT） is adopted to perform tests on 270 nursing students for their implicit attitudes. Results the TAT effect mean value of the nursing students＇ implicit attitudes towards the aged is -11.91; the standard deviation is 163.37. The differences are obvious when the matched - pair T samples are tested in the compatible and incompatible response ： t = - 2. 003, P 〈 0. 05 ; the differences are un- obvious when the general data and the nursing students＇ implicit attitudes towards the aged are under test as independent T sam- ples respectively ： P 〉 O. 05. Conclusion the nursing students＇ implicit attitudes towards the aged are positive ; the general data of the nursing students has no impact on their implicit attitudes towards the aged. However, the measurement on the explicit attitude should also be taken into consideration in order to have a comprehensive understanding of the nursing students＇ true attitudes.
