超声心动图诊断左心室脂肪瘤1例 被引量：2

摘要 1病例简介男,28岁。胃镜检查前常规心电图发现多导联T波低平,超声心动图显示左心室占位,心腔内高回声团块,大小约3.5 cm×2.7 cm,附于室间隔心尖段,可见较短蒂,活动度较小,边界尚清（图1A）。诊断：疑似左心室黏液瘤。胸部CT平扫示：心影大小、形态正常,左心室近室间隔处见类圆形低密度,边界模糊,CT值约-76 HU,长径约29.8 mm。考虑脂肪瘤。患者于全麻、
