冷轧过程组合式支承辊过盈配合面微动滑移分布特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了得到冷轧过程中组合式支承辊过盈配合面微动滑移轴向和切向分布规律,利用ABAQUS软件对组合式支承辊冷轧过程进行仿真,并结合EXCEL和MATLAB软件得到整个过盈配合面不同位置处轴向微动滑移、切向微动滑移分布图以及过盈配合面微动滑移轨迹图。结果表明:在整个过盈配合面上,轴向和切向微动滑移分布都不均匀;支承辊辊身中部过盈配合面的轴向相对滑移量为零,越靠近辊端轴向微动滑移量越大;切向滑移量在过盈配合面压扁区中部和过盈配合面顶部为零,在压扁区和非压扁区临界位置处切向微动滑移达到最大值,在关于压扁区对称的区域上切向滑移量大小相等,方向相反。 In order to obtain the distribution characteristics of the fretting slip on the interference fit surface of composite back-up roll in the axial and tangential directions, the process of strip cold rolling was simulated by software ABAQUS. Then the distribution characteris- tics of axial fretting slip, tangential fretting slip in different positions of interference fit surface and slip track of interference fit surface were obtained by EXCEL and Software MATLAB. The result shows that the distributions of axial and tangential fretting slip are not uniform in whole interference fit surface. The value of axial fretting slip is 0 in the middle of roll body, and the closer to the edge of roll is, the grea- ter the value of axial fretting slip is. The tangential fretting slip value is 0 in the middle of flattening zone and top of the interference fit surface, and reaches the maximum in the critical position of flattening zone and non-flattening zone, moreover the tangential fretting slip values are equal in the zones being symmetric about the flattening zone and have opposite direction.
