摘要
移动互联网的快速发展带动了医疗服务模式的变革。上海市儿童医院充分利用移动互联网的特性,借助客户关系管理的思路,从患者需求出发,构建基于移动互联网的患者占据主导地位的需求式服务体系,并于2013年开始陆续推进微医疗服务平台、智能床旁互动系统、O2O健康教育服务模式、一站式服务功能拓展、互联网医院等项目的建设,在优化就医流程、提升服务效能、推进分级诊疗、提高患者满意度等方面取得了良好成效,为移动医疗服务的进一步推广应用提供了参考。
The rapid development of mobile internet has brought great changes to the medical care. Shanghai Children's Hospital make full use of the characteristics of the mobile internet, based on customer relationship management, and starting from patient demands, constructed a patient-oriented service system with the mobile internet. Since 2013, the hospital has launched a series of projects, such as We Chat medical service platform, smart bedside interactive system, O2 O health education service model, one-stop services development, Children's Internet Hospital, and so on. It has achieved good results in optimizing the process of medical treatment, improving service efficiency, promoting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and improving patient satisfaction. It provides a reference for further promotion and application of mobile medical services.
