分析抗生素在某院呼吸内科临床治疗中的应用情况

Analysis of the Application of Antibiotics in the Clinical Treatment of Respiratory Medicine in A Hospital

目的探讨我院呼吸内科抗生素的使用情况。方法选取我院呼吸内科于2014年8月至2015年9月期间接收的100例患者作为研究对象,采用回顾性分析的方式对其抗生素使用情况进行总结和分析。结果本次研究所选取的100例患者,在治疗过程中使用抗生素的患者比率为91.00%;其中使用率比较高的抗生素依次包括:头孢他啶24例(26.37%),阿莫西林19例(20.88%),阿奇霉素11例(12.09%),头孢曲松8例(8.79%),环丙沙星8例(8.79%),青霉素5例(5.49%),万古霉素4例(4.40%)。抗生素联合使用的情况:四联用药3例(3.30%),三联用药8例(8.79%),二联用药24例(26.37%),一联用药38例(41.76%)。结论我院呼吸内科抗生素使用率基本合理。

Objective To study the department of respiratory medicine of antibiotics usage. Methods Select our hospital respiratory medicine in August 2014 to September 2015 received during the period of 100 patients as the research object, with the method of retrospective analysis on the summary and analysis on the usage of antibiotics. Results This research institute selected 100 patients, use of antibiotics in the process of treatment of patients with ratio of 91.00%; Higher antibiotic utilization rate in turn include： the he totally 24 patients（26.37%）,19 cases（20.88%）, amoxicillin azithromycin in 11 cases（12.09%）, ceftriaxone 8 cases（8.79%）, 8 cases（8.79%） of ciprofloxacin and penicillin in 5 cases（5.49%）, 4 cases were vancomycin（4.40%）. Used in combination with antibiotics： quadruple medicine in 3 patients（3.30%）, triple drug 8 cases（8.79%）,dua124 cases（26.37%）, a united medication 38 cases（41.76%）. Conclusion The hospital respiratory medicine basic reasonable antibiotics usage.
