经闭孔由内到外无张力阴道悬吊改良术治疗女性压力性尿失禁58例

Tension-free Vaginal Tape-obturator Abbrevo Technique(TVT-Abbrevo) for Female Stress Urinary Incontinence:Results of 58 Patients

目的评价经闭孔由内到外无张力阴道悬吊改良术(TVT-Abbrevo)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效及临床可行性。方法选择在本院妇科收治女性压力性尿失禁患者,并给予TVT-Abbrevo治疗的58例患者,术后定期随访并观察疗效,了解TVT-Abbrevo治疗女性压力性尿失禁的效果。结果 58例患者均成功完成手术,手术成功率达100%。术中无盆腔血肿形成,无膀胱、尿道以及神经损伤。24 h后拔除尿管,患者压力性尿失禁症状消失,未出现排尿不适情况。经过6个月随访,患者治愈54例,改善良好3,改善中等1例,无改善差及失败患者。手术治愈率达93.1%。结论 TVT-Abbrevo是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的安全微创、经济可行的一种有效手术方法,短期效果满意,远期疗效有待进一步观察。

Results 58 patients were successfully completed surgery, operation success rate of 100%. No hematoma, no bladder, urethra and nerve injury. 24 hours after catheter removal, patients with stress urinary incontinence symptoms disappeared, did not appear micturition is unwell situation. After 6 months of follow-up, 54 cases were cured, 3 improved well, improve the medium in 1 cases, no improvement and failure patients. The cure rate was 93.1%. Conclusions The TVT-Abbrevo operation is an effective surgical method of economic and feasible safety of minimally invasive treatment of female stress urinary incontinence, short-term effect is satisfactory, long-term effect needs further observation.
