健康管理对血脂异常人群体质量指数、血压和血脂的改善作用

Effect of Health Management on Body Mass Index,Blood Pressure and Blood Lipid in Abnormal People

目的分析及探索针对血脂异常人群采用健康管理干预的临床价值,且观察其对患者体质量指数、血脂及血压的改善效果。方法收集本科室2014年2月至2016年6月间接收的患血脂异常的680例患者作为参考组。然后针对680例患者施行针对性的健康管理干预,并将干预后的患者作为研究组。观察及对比两组患者的体质量指数、血压、血糖及血脂等相关指标变化。结果研究组干预后的BMI、SBP、DBP、TC、TG、HDL-C等指标与参考组相比显著降低(P<0.05)。结论针对血脂异常人群采用健康管理干预有助于促进患者体质量指数、血压及血脂指标的改善,值得借鉴。

Objeclive To explore the clinical value and analysis of dyslipidemia population with the health management intervention, and the observation of the patient＇s body mass index, blood pressure and blood lipid effect. Methods Collecting room in February 2014-2016 year in June 680 cases of patients received dyslipidemia as a reference group. Then in 680 patients for the purposes of health management intervention, and the intervention of the patients in the study group. To observe and compare two groups of patients with body mass index, blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid indexes. Results The study group ofBMI, SBP, DBP, TC, TG, HD L-C and other indexes decreased significantly compared with the reference group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The health management intervention for the patients with dyslipidemia can help to improve the body mass index, blood pressure and blood lipid indexes, which is worth leaming.
