大肠息肉电凝电切术后应用桂枝茯苓丸加减临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Application of Modified Guizhi Fuling Pills for Postoperation of Colonic Polyp Electrocoagulation and Electrocision

目的:观察大肠息肉电凝电切术后用桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗的效果。方法:99例随机分为研究组52例和对照组47例。两组均在大肠息肉电凝电切术后予以常规治疗,研究组加用桂枝茯苓丸加减。结果:总有效率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:大肠息肉电凝电切术后用桂枝茯苓丸加减可缓解症状,降低复发率,效果较好。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of electric coagulationcombined modified Guizhi Fuling Pills in treating patients with colorectal polyp. Method： 99 cases were divided into 2 groups, 52 cases in the study group and 47 cases in the control group. Patients in the control group were treated with electric coagulation while patients in observation group were treated with electric coagulation combined with modified Guizhi Fuling Pills. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Guizhi Fuling Pills has good effect on postoperative colonic polyp electric coagulation, which could relieve the symptoms and decrease the recurrence rate.
