针灸推拿配合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的:观察针灸推拿配合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:82例随机分为试验组和对照组各41例,两组均行针灸推拿治疗,试验组加用中药熏蒸治疗。结果:总有效率试验组97.56%、对照组73.17%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸推拿配合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有较好效果。

Objective ： To study the clinical curative effect of lumbar disc herniation treated by acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment. Method： 82 cases were evenly divided into experimental group and control group in random. Both groups were treated with acupuncture and massage and the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in addition. Result： The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.56% while that of the control group was 73.17%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has good therapeutic effect on the patients with lumbar disc herniation.
