Hazelett连铸连轧3004合金组织性能研究

摘要 对Hazelett连铸连轧坯料生产3004合金深冲带材的生产工艺进行了研究,通过研究中间退火工艺对3004铝合金带材组织与性能的影响,确定了合理的中间退火工艺制度。生产出的0.25mm厚度带材抗拉强度为172MPa,伸长率为20%,均超过标准规定值及用户的要求值,深冲性能良好,满足市场对3004合金深冲带材的要求。 Through a reserach about production process of Hazeleet continuous casting and rolling 3004 billets which is for deep drawing, and study how interannealing have an effect on the microstrcture and property of alloy 3004 product, an advisable interstage annealing process is confirmed. The tensile strength of 0.25 mm strip is 172 MPA and the elongation is 20%, which is in excess of normalized value and required value from customer, and the deep drawing formability of the material is very good, it can meet the demaonds of market.
