锡铜共生矿处理中组合抑制剂试验研究与应用

摘要 某厂3000吨/d处理的矿种复杂多变,锡铜矿的处理量大,原矿性质变化大,生产指标不稳定,产品质量差,回收率低。简单的药剂制度难以达到选矿指标的目的。为了更好地使铜精矿品位的质量及回收得到提高,我们开展了对该厂所处理的锡铜共生矿进行组合抑制剂的试验研究,使铜精矿质量及回收率得到提高,为生产提供技术依据。 3000 tons of minerals are dealt with in a factory. In this factory, the mineral species are complex and changeable. The processing capacity of tin and copper mine is large. The quality of raw ore varies greatly. The production index is unstable. The quality of the product is poor, and the recovery rate is low. The simple reagent system is difficult to meet the requirements of indices of mineral dressing. To improve the quality and the recovery of the concentration grade of copper, we carry out an experimental study on the combination inhibitors of tin copper intergrowth mine. In this way, the quality and the recovery of copper concentrate are improved. It provides technical base for the production.
