摘要
当前情况下我国的矿山的露天情况下爆破形成的效果较差,又因为爆破的效果如何会对开采成本形成直接影响,其工序对采矿作业来说也十分复杂,这五道工序分别是:穿孔、爆破、分装、运输、碎石。故要想降低成本,不仅仅要使得爆破的成本降低,还要从总工序的各个方面来分别降低。爆破之于露天矿山的影响对开采成本具有重要意义,本文对爆破的步骤进行研究,而后通过对其效果的评价,还包括对多有步骤的成本之间的关系的确定,对矿山的总体步骤进行设计来降低总成本,由于其中的采矿程序众多,我们需要从多方面入手,逐步对各个方面进行降成本,优化升级,来达到降低总体成本的最终目的。
The current situation of our country's mining open cases formed by blasting effect is poorer, and since the effect of blasting how will directly influence on the formation drilling cost, its process is very complex for mining operations, the five steps are: punch, demolition, packing, transportation, gravel. Therefore, to reduce the cost, not only reduce the cost of blasting, but also reduce the cost of the whole process. Of blasting in the open-pit mine is of great significance to the mining cost, and the influence of the steps in this paper, the blasting are studied, and then through the evaluation of the effect, stepby-step cost also includes to the determination of the relationship between the general steps of mine design to reduce the total cost, due to the numerous mining program, we need to start from many aspects, gradually to cost reduction of various aspects, optimization, to achieve the ultimate goal of lower overall cost.
