摘要
以0Cr18Ni9不锈钢为研究对象,使用三种各不相同的焊接工艺方法,通过确定相应的焊接工艺参数,制备出三组完整的焊接接头。借助于X荧光广谱化学成分分析与盐雾腐蚀试验这三种方法,对在三种不同焊接工艺下,0Cr18Ni9不锈钢焊缝金属其具备的腐蚀性能进行对比、研究。
Three kinds of welded joints were prepared by using 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel as the object of study. Three different welding processes were used to determine the corresponding welding process parameters. The corrosion performance of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel weld metal was compared with the three methods of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and salt spray corrosion test.
