摘要
电火花线切割技术从走丝的基本类型划分,一类是高速走丝电火花线切割机床(WEDM-HS),其特点是钼丝可重复使用、速度较高,但快速走丝容易造成钼丝抖动和反向时停顿,使加工质量下降,是国内主要机种;另一类是低速走丝电火花线切割机床(WEDM-LS),其特点是铜丝放电后不再使用,工作平稳、均匀、抖动小、加工质量较好,但加工速度较低,是国外主要机种^([1])。现阶段的我们应当明确电火花线切割的基本原理及其技术特征,分析解决工件电火花线切割加工中的常见问题。
