In the mines, tunnels, metallurgy and light industries, there are a lot of machines, such as fans, pumps, elevators, mixers and compressors. These mechanical commonly used ac motor drive, power more than a few hundred kilowatts, or even a few kilowatts, its power consumption is very big, and the vast majority of only accounts for fifty percent to seventy percent of rated power, even lower. The problem of multi-mode start-up and smooth speed of ac motor is also an important problem in practical production confusion. In terms of the structure and principle of the frequency converter system, this paper discusses the integrated application of inverter in the system of motor control and its technical and economic advantages.
